Here at Stamford Veterinary Center, we understand that your time is valuable, and we’re committed to providing the best care for your furry family members while accommodating your busy schedules.

Here’s how it works:

🐶 Schedule Your Appointment: Access the Otto app on your browser at pet.otto.vet or on your mobile phone by downloading the Otto mobile app. You can also call our office directly at 203-817-0440.

📋 Drop Off Your Pet: On the day of your appointment, simply drop off your pet at our hospital during our designated drop-off hours. Our caring team will greet you and your pet, and gather all necessary information about your pet’s health and any concerns you may have. We will provide you with an itemized estimate with services that are due.

⏰ Veterinary Examination: Our veterinarians will perform a comprehensive examination of your pet, addressing any health issues or concerns you’ve raised. We will perform vaccinations and testing that was approved at drop off.

📞 Communication: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. Our team will contact you to discuss examination findings, recommendations, and any further steps required for your pet’s health.

🐾 Pick Up Your Pet: Once the examination is complete, you can pick up your pet at a time that is convenient for you.
